Once again, the great "Religion of Peace" (otherwise known as Islam) has shown its true face to the world with the murder of a teenager in a suburb of Toronto, Canada. Aqsa Parvez, 16 was strangled to death by her father for refusing to wear the hijab, the traditional Muslim head scarf worn by devout Muslim women. Naturally, the Canadian Council on American-Islamic Relations has declared that it is merely an issue of domestic violence. While these so-called "honor killings" have been practiced in Muslim countries for years, they are becoming more frequent in the West. Women and girls have been murdered for being raped, (as if this is somehow their fault), dating someone of a different religious faith, or doing anything else that would bring shame upon their family.
This is the religion we are to honor and respect, according to Liberals. Menorahs and Nativities are out as decorations in public places to satisfy a Separation of Church and State clause that is found no where in the U.S. Constitution, but American school children are taught a reverent respect for a religion that promotes not only so-called honor killings, but also the murder of men, women, and children who are infidels according to that religion's holy book.
May America never forget: these are the people who flew planes into our buildings and killed thousands of our people in a single day. These are the people who blow up our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, who are building a nuclear bomb in Iran.
And may Israel always remember: these are the people that blow themselves up in crowded market places and buses, who kill innocent men, women, and children. These are the people our current government wants us to negotiate with.
